New Addition to the "Family"

Well, we went to wal-mart today, hubby talked me into getting the Aerosmith Guitar Hero, we went ahead and got the entire thing, new guitar and the game. Now we have 2 guitars so we can battle eachother. It's a lot of fun and very addicting! Hubby and I both beat Guitar Hero III on Easy and Medium now so we are going to take a break from that one and play the Aerosmith one. I haven't really done a lot on the WII fit latley, but I think once winter comes again and it's too cold to take the kids out, I'll get back to it. I hope everyone is having a great Labor Day Weekend!

Just a note

Nothing really new going on over here this last week. Just calming down from our busy week last week. Going to do some visiting today and a little shopping at Sam's Club. I'm hoping to find some neat scrapping stuff while we are there. Jade is getting really excited for school to start. His open house is Tuesday and his first full day will be Wednesday. Alyssa is almost 6 months old now, she loves to squeal and scream, it's cute though. Devin is almost 22 months and learning to talk more and more every day. I will be scrapping all day tomorrow so I should have some new pics of stuff to put up this comming week.

Busy Week!

Well, it's been a busy week, Friday the 22nd was my oldest DS's 6th Brithday, my mom came down on Wednesday to spend some time with us. We had a birthday party for him, and it was rainy and windy out so we ended up having to have it in the house. We all had fun though. Saturday was our first wedding anniversary. We got up early, packed the kids up and headed down to the Twin Cities for a day at the Minnesota Zoo. We had a great time seeing all the different animals they have. We even got a chance to ride the monorail before we left for the day. Sunday we checked out of the hotel pretty early and went out for breakfast, which is something we don't do very often anymore now that we have 3 kids, after breakfast we were on a mission to find a J's because I was not leaving the cities without the new Fall stacks! I did find them both for only 9.99, I also of course got a few other things. then we were on the way to the Como Zoo. That one isn't as big as the Minnesota Zoo, but they have different animals there so we had just as much fun! We were there for about 3 hours or so then started the trip back home. It was a long week, but we had tons of fun. We made it home safe and sound and even before it started getting dark.

My first Explosion box!

Here is my very first Explosion box, it turned out OK, I know where I made the mistakes on it so I will be sure to be more careful next time. Ummm, I don't know what more to write about it. umm, the pics are of my DD. OK, that's all for now, thanks for looking!

My Scrapping Area (Dining Room!)

Here is some pics I took of my little area I get to scrap in, it's also our dining room. I've been trying to keep it to a minimal because of where it is, but it just keeps growing and growing! The first one is the table, I get a corner to keep my stuff on, of course when I scrap, the entire thing is covered! The 2nd one is my "Junk" corner, the 3rd one is the right side of my wired cubes, the top cube holds half of my carts, and my primas, next shelf holds my completed or uncompleted pages, the next one down holds picture albums and a 3 ring binder where I keep all my stickers in proctive covers, makes it easy to flip threw and find what I'm looking for, and the bottom is my cardstock and my stacks. The next picture is the left side of my cubes, the top holds the other half of my carts and ribbon, next cube has little buckets of either ribbon or pens and my storage for brads/eyelets/etc, the next cube is photo boxes with more pictures and the bottom has magizines. Finally the last Picture is another shelf, I got this one from walmart for 10 bucks, the top holds my punches, a basket that I put different things in untill I can get them put away, and my cm pouch thingie, next shelf is my E which fits PERFECT! the next shelf, the orange tin holds all my stickles, the green lunchbox holds my clear stamps and then my cuttlebug, and finally the bottom shelf is just "junk". Thanks for looking! I can't wait to be able to have my own scrap room so I can expand!

Challange Layout

Here is a layout I did for the Chirper Challange, I used Cuttin Up for the font. I still need to add the journaling. I always save that for the last because I never know what to write! I used a little bit of stickles in there too, kinda hard to see from the picture though.
